More and more people are suffering from stress and anxiety. It’s quite staggering to recognise that the latest statistics for the state of the population’s mental health in the United States has worsened year on year. Many people mistakenly believe the only solution to overcoming their anxiety problems is to visit the local doctor and have them prescribe some anti-anxiety medication such as beta-blockers. It’s no wonder more people are suffering from anxiety attacks. The resultant consequence of a higher than average anxiety level is a whole myriad of mental health problems including panic attacks, agoraphobia, depression, low self-esteem and so on.

What causes panic attacks?

Personally, I don’t feel this is a full enough description but explains the actual reason behind the panic attacks. I would argue but the main cause of panic is an increased level of general anxiety. As the anxiety builds and builds, images a point beyond which a panic attack occurs.

One of the main fuse people have about anxiety attacks, is everyone never ever overcome them. Nothing could be further from the truth! It is more than possible to get rid of panic attacks using completely natural methods. To take some comfort in knowing this. It will take some time and effort but you will get there.
